The human energy field always seeks to be balanced.

So then why does it get out of balance?

Because every single living thing, and many man-made things, has its own energy field. 

We live amongst fields of energy, and are in constant and intimate exchange with them. We even eat and drink them. 

Emotions are highly charged fields of energy. Thoughts and words create fields of energy. 

When people come into relationship with each other, no matter how transient, a field of energy is created. We feel this charge between us. Sometimes it repels, and sometimes it draws us in.

We are surrounded by technology and electrical devices that emit fields of energy, which for most of millions of years of evolutionary history were entirely unknown to us.

Everything we consume, everyone that we interact with, every environment that we enter, every thought that we have and word that we speak and emotion that that we feel has the potential to either positively, or negatively, affect the overall integrity and balance of our own energy fields.

An imbalanced energy field will lead to physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual imbalance...and eventually illness.

​4-day Bio-Energy Clearing Program 

Working on and around the body to clear the energy field of blockages and stagnation, to stimulate flow, and to realign and reinforce vital energetic pathways.

​Great for anyone feeling stuck in a rut, or as a part of a cyclical reset.
This 4-day protocol involves four 40-60 minute sessions, 4 days in a row (Monday to Thursday).

​What to expect if you book the 4-day program?

  • Four consecutive days of bio-energy clearing sessions.
  • I work primarily around the body, in the biofield, sometimes contacting the body.
  • You are mostly standing and seated throughout.
  • Over the course of the four days you may experience feelings of malaise and heightened emotions, as well as feelings of unburdening and releasing, as the clearing brings things to the surface for release. ​
  • By the end of the program you will feel a sense of having reached a new place, accompanied by any or all of:
    • a relaxation of tension in the body;
    • new understandings and even epiphanies;
    • a sense of possibility and hope;
    • liberation from the ruminations of the mind;
    • a release of emotional weight;
    • greater clarity and newfound purpose;
    • general sense of greater ease and harmony.
  • I will give you feedback and offer suggestions as to how to continue to carry what this work reveals into your own life, so that you can increasingly align your outer world and how you engage with it, with your inner knowing.

This program is not a cure-all. But it is a powerful way to re-awaken healing, to relieve the body of layers of tension and stagnation, and to get gain momentum that will continue to support you and your healing journey.
