Intuitive Body Dialoguing is my approach to accessing the information that a client's energy system is wanting to reveal for healing and release. The healing approach can then include any combination of Bioenergetic Clearing, Reiki, Family Constellations, spiritual journeying, and active uncensoring through guided movement and verbalization.
Bioenergetic Clearing protocols allow me to work with the auric field to support the energy body's natural ability to release what is no longer of service. This can include the biproducts of experiences already processed, the accumulation of energetic debris picked up as a part of daily living, and the accumulated burdens held as a part of our misdirected loyalties to serving the people we love. Clearing protocols also support the realignment of the natural energetic pathways.
Reiki is a 100-year-old system of healing brought through in the form it is practiced today by Master Mikao Usui. The Reiki healing ray is specifically attuned to the frequency of the human experience and flows through the practitioner to the client as directed by the wisdom of the client's own energy body. Reiki is extremely gentle and powerful. It is almost always conducted with the client lying down, in a position to rest and receive. Distance (through space and/or time) healing sessions are also possible.
Family Constellations is a decades-old therapeutic technique developed by world-renowned psychotherapist Bert Hellinger. The principle of this work is that the root of energetic blockages can be found within the family system - either through the early experiences of a person's lifetime in their family of origin, or through unresolved ancestral trauma. This work is very dynamic and involves active participation on the part of the client.
Spiritual Guidance in the way that I offer it is a completely unique and tailored experience, as I work to facilitate the deepening of a relationship that is between you, your spirit, and the Spirit. My service in this field comes as result of my own decades long quest to find and foster my own deep and intimate relationship with Light and Love. Here our relationship may be longer term in nature, and look more like a mentor-student dynamic, rather than a practitioner-client one.
You can book with a specific service in mind, although my aim is to always work with what arises as it arises. In this way one-on-one sessions often involve the use of multiple approaches and techniques, and are always unique to the person and the time.

Family Constellations Workshops. Immersive group experiences where the field works through representatives to make visible what was previously invisible. When seen and included what once hindered the flow of love in a family and ancestral system, creating obstructions in your body, mind, heart and spirit, becomes a resource for healing.
New Moon Storytime and Yoga Nidra Gatherings. Each month you will be guided first into a state of listening pleasure and easeful reflection with a short story relevant for the time of year. You will then be invited to move into a fully reclined position for a guided yoga nidra session for relaxation, healing, and connection to the wisdom of the subconscious.
From Field to Form: Experiential Workshops to Connect to Your Quantum Self. In this 2.5-hour workshop you will be presented with an intellectual concept and guided experience. Through a visualization, meditation and movement journey you will be taken beyond your perceived limitations to meet your extended energetic knowing field, and ultimately to come into awareness of - and possibly contact with - your quantum field of possibility.
Improv for Humans Classes. Offered periodically in a 5-class block, Improv for Humans incorporates the principles of Family Constellations for healthful relationships with self and others, and the practices of improvisational theatre, to free you from dysfunctional patterns of blocking joy and life-giving experiences, as well as providing tools for, and a safe space to practice, saying YES to life. Co-developed and taught with long time improv teacher Albert Nerenberg.
