Just as a ray of sunlight passing through a prism is refracted into the seven colors of the rainbow, so spiritual light manifests as seven rays. The violet ray is the seventh of these rays. Each ray has a specific color, frequency and quality. When you invoke a ray in the name of Healing and Love, it manifests as a ‘flame.'

A 9-MONTH SPIRITUAL ALCHEMIST HERO'S JOURNEY, Begins September 2025
Beginning in September, I will be offering two intertwined practices – Violet Flame and Yoga Nidra - spaces and practices for transformative re-new-all – a hero or heroine’s rebirthing journey!
We will be working with the archetypes of:
- THE ALCHEMIST for whom the practice of the Violet Flame of Transmutation is the ultimate tool.
- THE MYSTIC who is so at home in the spirit-mind that the practice of Yoga Nidra brings us to.
- THE HEROINE who finds themselves in the myths and legends of our ancestors.
The Violet Flame working group will meet monthly, live and online, on the first Wednesday of the month, which happens to be closely tied to the timing of the full moon, beginning October 1st. Each month we will deepen into our discovery of the powers of the flame and the practice of allowing it. I will follow the 7-step alchemical transformation model, so you will also gain an intellectual and felt understanding of spiritual alchemy. We will work very intentionally, as alchemists do.
The Storytime and Yoga nidra monthly practice will be timed, as always, with the dark moon, the Sunday either on or before the new moon. This is the time to go deeply inside and plant those seeds of great intent! Cultivating the ability to rest in the liminal space between field and form and actively choosing what you plant and what you grow AND what you release, what you lay to rest. I offer this this time, in a different way, with 9 monthly recordings sent out on the Sunday before the new moon. The monthly recordings will include:

- a separate analysis, my own, of the symbolic elements of the story to help you make the most of the mythic potential for yourself in your own transformation journey process;
- a yoga nidra practice, specific for where we are at in our 9-month journey together.
- each month you will also receive optional contemplative prompts to support your practice;
- BONUS three live online bonus meet-ups timed with significant cyclical events – fall equinox (Sept 21), winter solstice (Dec 21), spring equinox (Mar 22).
These two practice offerings – the violet flame and yoga nidra – can be done separately, but they will be created to very much complement each other and certainly they do. They are both practices that work deeply with the hidden realms of your own wise inner knowing, and the great all-encompassing wise knowing field.
