BOOKING DEPOSIT and CANCELLATION POLICY
A 10% non-refundable deposit will be taken at the time of booking. You may reschedule your appointment online at any time up to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. A 50% late cancellation fee will apply to appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours and up to 8 hours in advance. No shows and cancellation within 8 hours of session time will be charged 100% of the session fee.
