This class is for anyone who feels like they could do with more zest in their step, peace in their hearts, calm in their minds, or joy in their being! Weekly class includes guided energy exercises, chakra work, meditation journeys, and an opportunity to share and connect with likeminded people in this growing community.
I bring together elements of many different techniques that I have tried and tested over the 15 years that I have been doing this work to clear and move energy in and around the body.
Feedback from past participants includes experiencing an enhanced feeling of peace and well-being, improved mental clarity, and decreased stress levels following a class. It has proven very beneficial for the mental and emotional wellbeing of the regular attendees during this pandemic time.
Also available is an option for one to two hour once-off workshops for events and retreat.
