Hi, I'm Sarah Knight.

I walked the path from sickness to health, through deep and transformative energy work.

I took in the healing, and then learned the art.

I now work with my clients to:
  • identify energetic blocks;
  • often rigid compensatory mechanisms;
  • bring conscious awareness to unconscious patterns and harmful beliefs
  • restore vital and vibrant energetic flow.

Working as your "Anam Cara" - a temporary guide to help you find your own way to Spirit.

HUM Lights Study Group is an occasional, intensive group journey offer. A five-month deep dive with other journeyers into a variety of advanced energy & spirit topics.
