Hi, I'm Sarah Knight, of Hum Healing.I felt the calling to add my spark to the flames of the fire of change when I was 15 years old. It was March 24th 1989, and for weeks the television showed me the horrors of the Exxon Valdez oil spill. The tanker's 11 million gallons of thick black contents smeared themselves across the pristine coastline of Prince William Sound in Alaska. I simply did not know how to include that aspect of humanity as a part of being human, and my young self resolved to put my life force energy into collective course correction. I channeled my love for the earth and passion for positive change into my first career as a marine scientist and environmental educator, and then made a major change in 2015, shifting into this work an intuitive healer and spiritual guide. Although quite different on paper, to me each of these careers is just a different manifestation of the same call. The change "out there" must begin with change "in here". I work with my clients to identify energetic blocks, to soften rigid compensatory mechanisms, to bring conscious awareness to unconscious patterns and harmful beliefs, and to restore vital and vibrant energetic flow. In so doing greater harmony between all systems - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual - can be established, and the possibility of living in joyful communion with the greater world is revealed.
